Refund policy
Canceling a subscription
Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time through Paddle or the account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term and prevents the next automatic renewal; cancellation is not itself a refund. Unless applicable law, Paddle's refund policy, or checkout states otherwise, unused time in the current term is not refunded pro rata.
Order of refund rights
Paddle is the Merchant of Record. Refunds first follow non-waivable consumer rights in the buyer's location and the Paddle refund policy in effect for the transaction, and apply only to the qualifying charge. Where those rules require a full refund, no processing fee or usage-based deduction applies. After the applicable refund period, a change of mind, forgetting to cancel, low usage, or failure to use the features is not a refund reason, and completed or expired historical subscription terms are not refunded. Outside mandatory rights, Paddle may approve a full or partial refund or decline an application based on the order, usage, and applicable terms.
Defects and non-performance
If the software materially fails its description, a subscription licence is not delivered, a duplicate charge occurs, or another legally seller-responsible failure happens, the buyer may seek repair, redelivery, a full or partial refund, or another statutory remedy. No default no-refund boundary limits those rights.
Process and access
Refund and dispute requests are handled through Paddle's order-support channels and returned to the original payment method where possible. Once a refund, reversal, or chargeback is confirmed, the corresponding subscription term, licence, and seats are revoked or adjusted. Savable order information, contact channels, and expected handling times will be published before sales open.
