View images in Light Table
Light Table offers single-image and multi-image viewing. Zoom in to inspect detail or arrange photographs side by side.
Before you start
Complete the conversion, then choose the photographs you want to inspect or compare.
Steps
Select photographs and open Light Table
Open a frame in the Viewer. In the bottom Filmstrip, click the first photograph, then hold Cmd on macOS or Ctrl on Windows while clicking others to add them. Check the count and selection marks; another ordinary click replaces the selection with one image. Click the loupe-shaped Light Table icon at the top. If no image is ready or processing is still running, wait for completion.

Single Photo inspects the current frame; Table provides multi-image viewing and arrangement. Fit and 100% are different viewing scales; a fit-to-window image is not the same as inspecting final pixel detail.
Choose single-image or table viewingSelect image to enlarge Add and arrange photographs
Switch to Table, click Add Selected, then use Arrange and Fit to see the board. In a narrow window, these actions may be in More (···). Drag photographs or their corners to adjust the layout; double-click a photograph for single-image viewing. If the board is empty, check the selected photographs and click Add Selected. There is no need to reimport.
Remove a placement or return to editing
Right-click a photograph on the board for View Photo or Remove from Table. Removing a placement changes only the layout, not the project frame or original. Click Exit Light Table at the upper left to return to editing, where you can continue adjusting, saving, and exporting. Arranging the board does not change image crops or create exported files.
Check the result
The photographs are on the table and can be viewed together or in detail. Exit Light Table to return to editing. Remove from Table removes a placement, not the source file.
Common issues
- The table is empty: check your selection and click Add Selected. Single-image viewing does not automatically add photographs to the table.
